Mass High Tech reports that supercomputer start-up SiCortex recently obtained new funding and named Christopher Stone, a former Novell executive, as CEO. According to this report, the company will offer a plug-and-play high-performance computing architecture from the silicon up. Its goal, the article states, is to replace traditional x86 cluster computing.
